All anglers & visitors must report to the cabin to purchase a Day ticket.
All anglers are required to possess a Valid National Fishing-Rod Licence.
No fish are to be removed from The Fishery. All fish to be returned immediately
All anglers must use a suitable Landing Net and Unhooking Mat.
No keep nets. Except for organized matches. All nets to be completely dry before use.
Baited tackle must not be left unattended at the swims. Any baited tackle left unattended will be brought in by the bailiff.
No litter or line to be discarded. All unused bait to be removed from the premises.
All rubbish to be taken home, you are responsible for your swim.
Barbless hooks only. No modified barbed or micro barbed hooks allowed.
No use of fixed “methods” or fixed bolt rigs.
No main line braid (Hook lengths allowed).
No home prepared particle baits, i.e., nuts, pulses, seeds, vitalin. You can use (Dynamite or Bait-tech) Jar or tin types particle
baits only. No Cat Meat baits.
No tiger nuts. No digging for worm bait.
No child under the age of 16 is allowed to fish without adult supervision.
No fires / or Barbecues including disposable allowed.
Alcohol in moderation. Anyone found to be drunk will be asked to leave and my be banned.
No family pets allowed due to Health, Hygiene & Safety reasons.
No unsociable or disruptive behaviour. Abuse towards Staff or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
No Wading / Swimming. A charge will be made to recover fishing tackle.
All vehicles must be parked in spaces provided in car parks.
Strictly no transferring fish from lake to lake.
Fishing from designated swims only. No cutting of trees of bank side shrubbery allowed.
Only disabled anglers are allowed to park their Vehicle next to there swim and must park horizontal to the lake, ID will be required and subject to the bailiff discretion.
Random spot checks will be carried out 24 hours a day by the bailiff. Any person found not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave and may be banned from the fishery.
Cuton Lakes Ltd accepts no liability what so ever for any personal injury, loss or damage to any property how so ever caused.
