Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
No Cancellations: Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-cancellable. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding

Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your booking under the following conditions:

Notice Period: You must provide a minimum of 1 week's notice prior to the original booking date to be eligible for rescheduling.

Rescheduling Process: To reschedule your booking, please contact our customer service team via [insert contact method: phone, email, or website portal]. They will assist you in selecting a new date and time that works for you

Rescheduling Fees: There are no additional fees for rescheduling a booking if the 1 week's notice requirement is met. If less than 1 week's notice is given, the option to reschedule will not be available.

Multiple Reschedules: If you need to reschedule more than once, each rescheduling request must also comply with the 1 week's notice requirement.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the booking without prior rescheduling will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be forfeited with no refund or further rescheduling option.
